This project aims to identify these challenges and develop a future-focused solution to help international students shop for medical products easier.

The group research was new to me. While I’ve worked on user research before, this was my first time in a group. I learned to collaborate strategically, brainstorming and sharing ideas while dividing tasks based on our strengths. I expanded my idea bank from the insights my teammates provided.
The solution ideation let me exercise my creativity. As a speculative design, I had the freedom to be bold with ideas that aligned with the problem statement, making the ideation process enjoyable.
